Mike Harmeyer
President
Mike began learning the construction trades as a young boy beside his father and grandfather. He learned excavating, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, concrete, and roofing trades from the best. Those lessons stuck with Mike and you can see it in the quality of all the homes he builds.
Mike has been actively involved in his community and previously served on the Altoona City Council. You'll often find Mike in the office, working with new buyers to understand their wants and design a home that fits all of their needs. Mike lives in Altoona with his wife Peggy and has 3 children and 10 grandchildren. When he's not tinkering around in his woodshop you will likely catch him watching the Broncos or Motocross.
Ron Harmeyer
Vice President
Ron has worked alongside his father, Mike, since he was a young boy. Ron has hands on experience with virtually every aspect of home building process and understands what it takes to build a quality home. Ron is the central hub of the building process, responsible for collaborating with employees, contractors, &city officials to ensure timely completion of each home build. He checks in on each home regularly to ensure the home is being built up to high standards of Ron's Homes Inc. You will often find Ron onsite checking on homes and performing various walk troughs with inspectors and customers.
Ron lives in Altoona with his wife Andrea and his four children Maddy, Owen, Maddox & Oliver. He's an avid fan of the Hawkeyes, Broncos and Motocross.
